A gift to the Annual Fund enhances the school's resources and promotes the mission in ways not covered solely by tuition. The Annual Fund differs from the Building Fund by focusing on supporting the immediate needs of Rockbridge Academy and provides enhancements to programs and tuition assistance for the given academic year.

We desire everyone’s participation in the Annual Fund. Whether it is $25 or $25,000, your gift is important and it makes an immediate, positive impact on the school. Please consider supporting us in this endeavor. We accept both unrestricted (area of greatest need) and restricted gifts.

Giving toward Areas of Greatest Need (Unrestricted):
The administration and school board will determine where your gift will make the greatest impact, and they will match your gift with the appropriate program.

Giving toward Tuition Assistance
Make a lasting difference in the life of a local family! Gifts toward tuition assistance will be used to assist qualified applicants who might otherwise not be able to attend Rockbridge Academy.

Giving toward Faculty Professional Development
Anyone who has sat in a class session at Rockbridge Academy has witnessed the exceptional faculty that the school has been blessed with. We are committed to continually provide opportunities for growth for our faculty. Whether it is assisting with attaining advanced degrees or allowing attendance at teacher training conferences, a gift toward faculty professional development directly benefits the students at Rockbridge by allowing them to have teachers who are constantly growing in their own professional knowledge and abilities.

Giving toward Science and Technology
Enriched academic programs are a first step in providing a superior learning environment. To keep pace with the ever-advancing fields of science and technology, there is need for funding in these disciplines at Rockbridge Academy. Contributions to this fund will go toward laboratory equipment and ongoing computer hardware and software needs.

Giving toward the Fine Arts Program
Rockbridge Academy is blessed with an incredible fine arts program, but whether it’s traveling to the White House for our choir to perform or putting on a musical, gifts to this program ensure a high-quality experience for our students and those whom we hope to bless.

Giving toward the Athletics Program
At Rockbridge Academy, we are committed to using our athletics program as a tool to shape godly character. Students are given the opportunity to learn about the balance of commitment, physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Gifts to this fund will help purchase equipment, uniforms, and other costs associated with our athletics program.
